VILLA JUSTANI III Cas Mexicà

On the outskirts of Manacor, in a landscape defined by the deep red of the earth and the agricultural memory of almond trees, a house emerges, unfolding in three volumes—three parts of a single architectural gesture that converse with each other and with their surroundings.

The central volume, open and serene, houses the shared life of the home. It is the heart of the house, where daily rhythms intersect with light, and the gaze extends naturally toward the landscape. At either end, the two lateral wings recede discreetly: on one side, the intimacy of the master bedroom; on the other, four quiet rooms designed for rest and stillness.

This tripartite configuration creates a sequence of spaces that oscillate between retreat and openness, privacy and connection. In between, patios and thresholds extend the interiors outward, shaping light, wind, and views.

The façades, built using lime mortar—a traditional technique combining local earth, gravel and lime—lend the house a rooted, essential presence, as if it had always been there, born from the very substance of the land.

The architecture expresses itself with restraint and precision, seeking a serene, timeless beauty. Without ostentation, but with intention in every detail, the house becomes a refuge where time slows down, and the landscape is not only observed, but inhabited.
